The involvement of the ISP team in recruiting, creating contracts, answering students’ questions whether data management has been reduced to a minimum — Abeon, expanded with appropriate modules, began to do the rest.
Detailed consultation with the Client allowed us to very precisely adjust the solutions to the needs and the specificity of the business. We started to develop the tools prepared in this way, adding new functionalities and making sure that each of them was easy to use for the Client. After years of work, the Client can boast of a complete solution that allows recipients to buy, pay for and manage studies without leaving home, as well as writing e-mails or phone calls to the secretary’s office.
From the very beginning, the Client declared that the main goal was to relieve the team operating the studies of repetitive work, which could easily be carried out at the system level. Therefore, for several years of our cooperation, we have managed to automate a significant part of the recruitment processes and ongoing student service. Currently, the system develops with the Customer, automates subsequent processes and facilitates everyday work.
Thanks to the modern website design and intuitive content management, the offer includes many new positions and study locations, and the students began to be better informed about current discounts and promotions. The optimization of their experience positively translated into an increase in sales, and the automation of work freed up the resources needed to develop the offer.
