What is included in the service?

Our "Big Picture" workshops include preparing and customizing the program to meet your needs, conducting training sessions led by experienced specialists, presentations, group discussions, case studies, and practical exercises. We strive to provide an interactive and engaging format that allows you to gain a better understanding of the project being discussed.

How Do Our Technology Workshops Look?

Workshop format: ideally, the workshop should be conducted live. If this is not possible, we offer the workshop online.

Who should be present: on your side – there should be a person/people who know the entire system and the processes that occur within it. Each key process should have an expert who can describe it in detail. On our side, there will be a system architect and a moderator who will conduct and organize the IT workshop.

What will be needed: we will need information about potential intermediaries who may appear in the processes, for example, if it will be necessary to retrieve data from an external entity or system, it would be good to know if this is possible (of course, if we have contact with such an entity). On our side, we have all the materials necessary to conduct the workshop.

Duration of the workshop: from 3 to 5 hours.
